LoyaltyRails Inc. (“Rails”) operates rails.sh and the Rails platform. This outline covers operator accounts and visitors to the public website. Data processed inside a customer’s loyalty program is handled under the applicable customer agreement.
2. Information we collect
- Account information such as name, work email, company, authentication records, and consent records.
- Usage, audit, and security records such as actions, timestamps, device information, and IP addresses.
- Billing identifiers provided by our payment processor. Rails does not store complete payment-card numbers.
- Operator conversations submitted through AI-assisted product features.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and secure the service, administer accounts, communicate about the product, improve Rails, and meet legal obligations. Rails does not sell personal information.
4. Service providers
We use service providers for hosting, payment processing, transactional email, observability, and AI model inference. Final policy language will identify applicable subprocessors and international transfer mechanisms.
5. Retention and security
Information is retained only as needed to provide the service and meet security, contractual, and legal obligations. Rails uses administrative and technical safeguards, including encryption in transit and at rest and audited access controls.
6. Your choices and rights
Depending on location, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal information. Final procedures and jurisdiction-specific disclosures require counsel approval.
